Situated conveniently close to Larnaca International Airport at Ayios Theodoros, the Elya Beach Suites are family owned and situated in a lovely quiet setting amongst olive trees and are perfect for those wanting simply to relax.

There is plenty of free parking and just a short drive along the coast from Larnaca, your holiday can begin soon after arriving in Cyprus! The Elya Beach Suites are situated right on the sand and offer wonderful carefree holidays in luxurious surroundings with all the convenience of a self catering holiday.

There are three sizes of beach suite to choose from and each one has been completely refurbished with work only being completed in April 2016. The first is a three bedroomed suite that is generously sized and ideal for six people. There is a lovely living room and well equipped kitchen and private sea view terrace and there is free wifi throughout and satellite TV.

The two bedroomed suite is spacious as it is spread out over two storeys with a beautiful master bedroom and ensuite upstairs and a second family bedroom that sleeps four that can be cleverly divided for privacy and which has its own bathroom – offering comfortable accommodation for up to six people It has an attractive living area with excellent kitchen facilities, dining and lounge area with satellite TV and wifi.

For couples, the Elya Beach Suite deluxe studio is lovely, beautifully designed with comfortable and luxurious furnishings which include a Jacuzzi and satellite TV. The suite is situated on the first floor and has a lovely balcony which overlooks the gardens and sea and sitting at the breakfast bar there are great views of the mountains.

All the suites have easy access to the beautiful sandy beach and barbecues are available too. There are local shops and a daily market in Larnaca where most of the fruit and vegetables have been grown locally and the fish caught by local fishermen.
