Pafos District Archaeological Museum
Pafos District Archaeological Museum houses an attractive collection of archaeological objects found at the most interesting sites of Pafos dating from the Neolithic Age to 1700AD.  The museum consists of five exhibition rooms and one big room in the museums yard.  Centre of attention is the marble statue of Asklepios, the marble bust of Aphrodite and the tombstone from Marion with the Cyprosyllabic script.  The visitor can also see a unique collection of clay vessels found in Pafos which were used for therapeutic purposes.

Byzantine Museum
Byzantine Museum is located next to the church and headquarters used by the Bishop of Pafos.  The museum accommodates an impressive collection of gold leaf encrusted icons, wall paintings, carvings, and beautifully illuminated books and manuscripts.

Ethnographic Museum
Ethnographic Museum is located just a few metres along from the Bishopric.  The building that houses the museum was constructed in 1894.  The top floor accommodates a rich collection of old coins from the 1st century BC until the 4th century BC, silver and gold jewelry collections dated 300 hundred years old.  People can admire the wooden chests with traditional designs and symbols, Venetian mirrors, vessels from the 14th century AD, amphorae with geometric designs, and polished water jugs from 8th century BC.  In the ground floor the rooms are devoted to the way Cypriots lived in the past and visitors can see local costumes, traditional methods of cultivating land, a ceramics room, a traditional kitchen, a wash house, an olive press, ovens, a chapel from the 4th century AD as well as a village fountain.

Folk Art Museum
Folk art museum located in the Geroskipou village in Pafos belongs to the department of antiquities of Cyprus and is housed in a beautiful 18th century building known as the ‘House of Hadjismith’.  It contains a fascinating collection of exhibits originating from all over Cyprus and representing the daily life, the various crafts and activities and the different expressions of Cypriot folk art.

Local museum of Marion Arsinoe
Local museum of Marion Arsinoe is located in Polis tis Chrysochous 35km north of the town of Pafos.  It opened its doors to the public in 1998.  It was erected to store and exhibit findings from the ancient city of Marion (renamed Arsinoe in the 3rd century BC).
