Where good food is concerned the Limelight Grill House Taverna certainly does. Situated just a few minutes walk from Ayia Napa's colourful main square and it is the wonderful aroma of meat cooking on the charcoal that draws everyone.

The Limelight has been welcoming its guests since 1983 and many return year after year to spend time with the family who run it and to enjoy their delicious food.

The family pays great attention to detail and a great atmosphere has been created with palm trees, beautiful stone archways and soft lighting. There is a lovely warm welcome waiting for everyone and of course great food!

In Cyprus the careful and loving preparation of food is one of its greatest traditions. The barbecued food includes souvla and suckling pig and lamb all flavoured with olive oil, fresh lemon juice and plenty of local herbs. Ayia Napa has had a strong fishing tradition for generations and there is a good range of locally caught fish to choose from other specialities on the menu include magnificent lobster and seasonal specialities that are all cooked by the chefs in your presence - definitely the best way to build up a good appetite.

The Limelight is the perfect venue for both corporate and family celebrations and regularly hosts wedding parties. There are excellent menus to choose from and the chefs prepare a spread that will only delight both the wedding couple and their guests. Once again, so much effort and attention to detail is put into the wedding celebrations that more often than not it hey are even better than the couple dreamed of...
