With its exciting new menu to tempt guests, the Shumi Sushi Bar is a colourful and intimate restaurant with both outdoor and indoor dining areas and a reputation for great Sushi... ideal for those who regularly enjoy this popular Japanese cuisine and for those who want to try it for the first time.
All the dishes on the menu have one thing in common - the cooked vinegared rice known as Sari or Sumeshi which is combined with a variety of fish, seafood, fish and vegetables to create all the different Sushi dishes. Sashimi is a delicious dish of wafer thin slices of raw meat and fish, whilst Tempura is fish and vegetables that have been battered and deep-fried. Other specialities include hand-wrapped Maki and Salmon skin rolls and a variety of meat and fish that have been glazed with soy sauce, mirin and sugar and grilled to perfection (Teriyaki).
Waiters at Shumi are happy to guide through the menu to ensure that you thoroughly enjoy the evening.
