Geroskipou Sports Centre

The Sports Centre was build in 2005 according to all standards and criteria and can offer high standard training to professional and non professional sport groups.

International sports teams and individual sportsmen can fully focus on their off-season training, their event or on their pre-tournament preparations.

Cyprus climate allows warm weather training all over the year, especially in Paphos where the summer is the coolest and the winter is the warmest.

The Sports Center is located in Geroskipou, close and in walking distance from several hotels and apartments in the Geroskipou and Kato Paphos area. Only 3 km away from the Paphos harbour.

Both parts of the Sports Center are equipped with a light gym, with floodlights in order to allow night training and with spacious car parks.

Municipal Stadium

The Stadium conforms to all the standards that apply to such modern sports facilities. It includes a field with lawn and track that can host both football games and athletics. It has a seating capacity for 3500 seats, partly covered and all the necessary facilities: auxiliary field, locker rooms, physiotherapy and recreational rooms.

Olympic Swimming Pool

Built according to Olympic standards, 50m x 25m with 10 lanes.

All kind of water sports may be hosted here and includes locker rooms, physiotherapy and recreational rooms. It has a seating capacity of 700 seats, partly covered. The pool is heated during the winter month.

The prices for 2012 are for the Olympic Swimming Pool, EUR 8.00 per swimmer per training session (2 hrs) and for the Athletic Stadium, EUR 5.00 per athlet per training session (2 hrs). If light is required during the afternoon/ evening hours an extra charge will apply.

The Sports center is equipped with a light gym, which can be used free of charge by the athletic teams.
