In spring the path to the waterfall is unbeatable for idyllic wildness.
Myllomeris falls are situated in the Kryos Potamos river bed southeast of the Pano Platres village at 980m altitude near the Panayia Phaneromeni church. The height of the water fall is 20 meters and it is the highest of the Troodos falls. The rocks in the area are composed mainly of diabase.
The trail leads through rich vegetation to Katarraktis Myllomeris (waterfall). The first half of the trail goes parallel to Kryos Potamos River while the final half leads to an open area offering excellent views towards the south.
The trail starts between Pano Platres church and village centre, more towards the church. There is vehicular access to the falls at the end of the route, via loose surface roads, starting from a point along the main Platres-Limassol road, about 1 kilometre from location Psilo Dendro and ends in Katarraktis Myllomeris (waterfall).
The estimated duration is 30 minutes.
